How long does shipping take?

All orders will be shipped via USPS, allow 2-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment from the date of purchase. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
Can I custom order a bag?

Yes, we would love to work with you to craft the bag of your dreams. Contact us us to begin at info@theurbanduck.com.
What if I need to return or exchange my bag?

At Urban Duck, we want you to love your new bag, however, we understand that sometimes you change your mind. Our bags can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the original item delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately and are not able to cancel or make changes.
What payments do you accept?

We accept the following forms of online payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay.
How are your bags made?

All our bags are handmade in Stillwater, Mn USA. Fabric: We use Industrial Coated Fire Retardant Vinyl, this is a multipurpose pvc vinyl fabric known for its strength and durability. This sturdy PVC vinyl material is made to handle extreme outdoor conditions and heavy stress. It has a soft hand and aesthetic smooth matte finish giving it a refined clean look. On top of all of that, this vinyl is treated to prevent UV damage and mildew. Webbing: The lightweight polypropylene webbing we use is an excellent light-duty webbing for outdoor applications. It has great UV protection, a low stretch rate, and moisture resistance—protecting the material from weathering such as rot or mildew.

Is my bag washable?

Yes! Use soap and warm water to remove any dirt and grime from your bag.
What if I need my bag repaired?

Stuff happens and things break, that’s ok! Please contact us and we’ll work with you to repair your product.
What if there's a defect on my bag?

If you see something wrong with the craftsmanship of your bag that we missed please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
